L'emplacement non loin du centre ville. A 10 mn à pieds. Le tram passe juste devant. Chambre avec sdd cosy, très propres.
Nous avions prévu de quoi prendre un petit dejeuner (dans la chambre) et il Il y avait bien une bouilloire, mais dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu une petite table avec 2 chaises.

accueil chaleureux, chambre superbe et disponibilité des habitants pour des renseignements et des conseils.
Isolation phonique sur la rue où passe le Tram. Du fait du caractère historique de la bâtisse, les fenêtres, bien qu'équipées de double vitrage, n'isolent pas beaucoup du bruit de la rue surtout de la ligne de tram qui passe à 20m de l'établissement.

Sa proximité du lieu qui nous intéressait.
Nous n’avons pas été suffisamment attentifs lors de notre réservation : chambre chez l’habitant qui donne sur la rue avec les trams au pied de la maison et s’arrêtent à l’arrêt juste en dessous. Pratique pour bouger mais bruyant pour dormir. Les toilettes sur le palier.
