The guesthouse is a very cosy apartment. Super clean. The owner is really nice and answer fast to messages. Nice breakfast (bread, eggs, jam, tea, juice and coffee). There is a rooftop and a washing machine. The location is perfect. Very cute area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Not far from bus terminals and easy access to Damyang bamboo forest and Mudeungsan.

Bed mattress is really hard. There is a bar (very cosy as well) downstairs so there was a little bit of noise and music until 1am.

It was well located - walking distance from the Asia Culture Center.

3rd floor- no elevator

Very central location, nice living area (no sofa but there were two benches) and kitchen. Washing your clothes costs 5000won, you dry your clothes by hanging them on the roof which has a very nice view. Our room (4p) had its own bathroom which was nice. No bedlights but there were two plugs right next to your bed. Unlimited (small) towels.

We were unpleasantly surprised on our last full day by two cockroaches next to our beds. Apparently they're an issue (in Korea) during the rainy season as the owner told us she had already treated the area before. The first one we chucked out the window, alerted the owner and she provided us with bug spray. After the second one which we killed with the spray, we had to ask for a different room ourselves. We left as quickly as we could the next morning. After further inspection, we found it was quite dirty and dusty underneath the beds (in both rooms) as well.
