I used to stay here a lot of time, especially before covid. It used to be my go-to place to stay because of its price and quality.. But this year.... noo 😭 They changed a lot. The building is very old, but that's okay. The problem is... the staff!! They asked me for additional money because they price I paid in Agoda is lower than their actual price. We argued, but because the staff can only speak Korean, we gave him the money. Lucky, Agoda was able to handle the situation and give my money back after days. As if it was not enough, when we wanted to check-out from the hotel, we gave him our room key and left. BUT HE CHASED US. He shouted calling us, saying we haven't handed over the key!! We argued again. Then we tried to find the key. And the key was.... in the receiption table...... I know he is old already. I don't want to not he polite, but the way he treated us.... I'm not asking for excellent service as well, because this is a motel. But at least, respect your customer. This is so unfortunate, I came there a lot of time but now am afraid to come back.
