    Very disappointing from start to finish. We clearly booked a 15-pyeong double room (with 1 double bed stated on Agoda), but at check-in the staff wrongly insisted we had reserved a single room. They told us no double rooms were available and offered no solution other than a simple apology. When we asked for the manager, he said, “I am the manager,” and again gave no help. The reservation center also gave incorrect information, claiming we had booked a “run of the house,” which was not true. The room itself was poorly maintained — the refrigerator was dirty upon arrival. The pool required an additional fee, was overcrowded with children, and the beach was also busy, with only a small section open for swimming and lifeguards shouting constantly over loudspeakers. Stand-up paddle boards could only be rented at an hourly charge. Dining options were very limited, making it better to eat outside. The room had a small kitchen with a stove and utensils, but a notice stated “no cooking allowed,” which made no sense. Overall, the booking did not match the reality, service was unhelpful, and the stay was far from satisfactory. I would not return. 예약 과정부터 숙박까지 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 아고다에서 분명히 *15평 더블룸(더블베드 1개 명시)*을 예약했는데, 체크인 시 직원은 우리가 싱글룸을 예약했다고 잘못 주장했습니다. 더블룸은 없으니 어쩔 수 없다는 답변만 받았고, 매니저에게 항의했을 때도 “내가 매니저다”라는 말뿐이었으며 해결책은 전혀 제시되지 않았습니다. 예약센터 역시 사실과 다르게 ‘런 오브 더 하우스’를 예약했다고 안내했습니다. 객실은 들어가자마자 냉장고가 더럽게 관리되어 있었습니다. 수영장은 유료인데 아이들로 붐벼 쾌적하지 않았고, 해변 역시 혼잡하고 제한된 구역에서만 수영이 가능했으며, 안전요원들이 확성기로 계속 떠들어 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 스탠드업 패들보드도 시간당 별도 요금을 내야 했습니다. 식사 옵션도 다양하지 않아 외부 식당을 이용하는 것이 더 나았고, 객실 내 작은 주방에는 스토브와 식기류가 있었지만 ‘취사 불가’ 안내문이 붙어 있어 납득하기 어려웠습니다. 전반적으로 예약 정보와 실제 숙박 환경이 크게 달랐고, 문제 해결 의지도 부족했습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶지 않습니다.
