This unit features updated furnishings, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Enjoy making a home-cooked meal in the condo's full kitchen with plenty of seating for dining with the family. Whether you are enjoying the AC inside or relaxing by the complex's shared pool you are sure to find a little 'R&R' at this condo!
This condo is very centrally located and is close to a variety of shops and restaurants. It's only one mile and a half to Escape House Waterville and five miles to the famous Gulf State Park Pier. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is only two miles from your door. Do you and your friends enjoy the outdoors? Then head one-mile northeast to Wade Ward Nature Park and enjoy the beautiful natural wetlands and wildlife, including otters, pelicans, and sometimes alligators.

There is no elevator at this complex. One flight to enter.
