Rooms are ample and modern. Staff is very friendly. We thought the sauna was free but it's part of the spa and one must pay. Location is great, shop mall within steps away. The only problem is that our room did not have any towels after the first day and had to call repeatedly over 1 hour to finally receive them. Nice view from the 51 floor.

We adored our stay at this beautiful grand modern hotel almost immediately on Bocagrande beach. Looking forward to repeating the visit in the near future.

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The lobby was beautiful with ocean view and relaxing vibe with the welcome drinks at the bar. Check in process was quite lengthy, but the staff were so helpful and very kind to our young children. The room was large, airy, clean and with a beautiful ocean view. Housekeeping spot on every day. Great location where you can walk to many shops, bars, restaurants in Bocagrande or take a quick taxi to Centro/Getsemani. We felt safe the whole time.

Over priced, I wouldn't stay there again. It is purely a conference style business hotel.
