Villa Sunrise by the Sea

La casa è molto vicina al mare che si raggiunge attraversando una strada poco trafficata. La spiaggia non è attrezzata ma ci sono a disposizione della casa un ombrellone e varie sedie da spiaggia. La casa è su due piani con, al pian terreno, una piccola cucina perfettamente attrezzata, un bagno con doccia, un salotto e una camera da cui sia accede al giardino e alla piscina, e al primo piano un'altra camera con bagno e terrazza. La parte della piscina, sul retro della casa, è molto bella e grande e perfettamente attrezzata.

Non è una cosa migliorabile ma è un peccato che si possa accedere al giardino solo dalla camera perchè crea problema il passaggio qualora ci sia qualcuno che dorme nella camera al pian terreno

We loved everything about this villa. We travelled with my mum, who’s a pensioner and struggles with mobility. There was a downstairs bedroom and bathroom which were perfect for her! The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay - towels, soaps, laundry, toilet rolls, tea, coffee etc. Silvia really thought of everything, what a great host! The pool was is amazing, it was cleaned every morning! The area around it is perfect for chilling or sunbathing - with a great little shaded area and outside fridge too!! Just across the road there’s a beautiful pebble beach, we had it to ourselves most mornings. There were beach chairs and a parasol at the villa that we carried across! We’re really going to miss it but will definitely be back. Thank you Silvia!

Sehr Nette Vermieterin, super Lage, relativ ruhig zum entspannen …. Nicht weit zum einkaufen oder Essen gehen… Im Haus sind die allgemeinen Dinge verhanden ( Spüli, Waschmittel, Seife usw.

Es müssten mal wieder ein wenig Liebe reingesteckt und was repariert und erneuert werden! Die Küche ist etwas klein. Der Sonnenschutz unten und oben müsste überdacht werden
