The secluded large garden with numerous shady spaces allowed us to relax and enjoy the amenities & the heated pool was a real bonus which we used daily. In addition, the quiet beach was only a stone throw away and we could also swim in the clear salty water.
The villa was cool even without necessarily turning on the air-conditioning which ideally suited us. The house was well equipped with excellent WIFI and free Netflix.
The location was great for exploring the South of the island by car and allowed us to walk to a number of very good local restaurants.
The indoor shower doors were difficult to close, but the outdoor shower was a spectacular replacement.

We loved everything! Fantastically well equipped villa in a lovely secluded (& secure-gated) garden (the photos don't do it justice!) Only 2 minutes walk to the nearest bar & 10 minutes walk along the seafront to a range of restaurants or the mini-mart & just a stones throw from the beach. Demetria welcomed us with a gift basket & gave us a thorough villa tour. It was great to have a system which gave the option of heating as well as air con as it was cool overnight in April. The pool was heated to 28 degrees so perfect for cooling down after sunbathing & was PH checked & cleaned on the Friday. We loved the outdoor shower, which got more use than the indoor bathrooms! Villa owners were a phone call away if we needed anything. Demetria has thought of everything from pool towels, to extra blankets & provided all the kitchen essentials like washing machine & dishwasher tablets...even a Mossie zapper for the odd pesky Mossie...

We stayed in the villa for a week and absolutely loved it! The hosts were lovely and we immediately felt at home. The three bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a washing machine. The living room and the kitchen are also spacious and very well equipped. There were even things like a milk foamer and a smoothie blender. But the best part was the outdoor area, with beautiful grapevines covered in delicious grapes, as well as fig, olive, and other trees that provided a much-needed shade during the day. It felt like an oasis, and with a swimming pool, a grill, and several sitting areas, one hardly ever wanted to leave the house! 🙂 But if you do decide to leave, the sea is right there, just across the street, with a long stretch of pebble beach and only a few swimmers. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back someday!
I wish we could stay longer 🙂
