Modern stylish villa… located by the sea which has pebbles so you need beach shoes. Also the sea get deep a couple of meters you must keep an eye to the kids. The villa is perfect overall. You need everything in the kitchen and local shop and restaurants are 4 mins drive. We comfortably stayed in its 4 bedrooms. I recommend this place
The living room is a bit small and need a bit more sofa or chairs for large groups. TV hasn’t connected cable tv so you need to stick Netflix of YouTube. We missed world cup final for this reason. The pool was dirty. They called the maintenance but it’s been cleaned after 3 days which still needed water replacement in my opinion.

Lovely spacious grounds, pool and sea view Well equipped kitchen, and washing machine Great aircon Modern and very clean 3 bathrooms Parking Within walking distance of restaurants / bars - and Jet skis at the local Tui hotel Lovely helpful support
Not a reflection on the property but worth knowing that the beach whilst partially sandy is pebbly and gravely at the water line so suitable aqua shoes needed. The internal living /dining space is nice but not huge, but we spent very little time in doors so this wasn’t an issue, and there were only 4 of us.

This place is gorgeous. Garden door opens to the shore directly. All is new. Loved every moment.
