Obiekt położony idealnie - najważniejsze atrakcje jak molo, latarnia morska , plaża , marina, centrum miasta , w odległości krótkiego spaceru . Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i wyposażone we wszystko czego można potrzebować. Spory balkon i wystarczająca powierzchnia użytkowa. Gospodarze przemili i bardzo troskliwi. Kołobrzeg to przepiękne miasto , a pobyt w tym mieszkaniu był prawdziwą przyjemnością.
Jedynym problemem tego miejsca jest brak miejsc parkingowych , jednak gospodarze bardzo się starają , by pomóc w tej kwestii. W pobliżu buduje się spory parking miejski, który wkrótce zostanie oddany do użytku , co z pewnością będzie ułatwieniem.
