Nice apartment

Nice apartment in general, however there are a few opportunities for improvement. Nice large shower, lots of bathroom storage. Good sitting area in the living room.

Some deferred maintenance items, broken toilet seat, broken oven, hopefully will be replaced before next guests. Very dull knives and very few hangers in the closets. 2nd bedroom is very small we used it as a closet and storage. Very small kitchen area. No instructions on handling the recycling, could use another bin for recycling.

Man hat sich Kolberg mal angeschaut muss es aber nicht wieder haben

Großer Balkon

*die Lage -> ich hatte damals für die Familie Baltycka 16a/42 gebucht und nicht Baltycka 6a/9 *Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht / Bügelbrett defekt *Türfalle Bad komplett verbogen und lose *Parksituation unmöglich, man war andauernd tagsüber sowie nachts zugeparkt -> musste jedes mal Besitzer des Autos suchen *Staubsauger und andere Haushaltsgeräte waren schmutzig ( Wischmopp Arretierung defekt /Besen hatte noch Haare vom Vorgänger/Kühlschrank unteres Schublade zum Schieben defekt) *LED Lampe im Wohnzimmer defekt *Geschirr bei Ankunft schmutzig und kaputt *Toilettenbrille lose sowie Duschtüre undicht und Wasserhahn im Bad lose *Balkontisch komplett schmutzig sowie Balkonboden *Wäscheständer viel zu klein -> passen nicht mal 5 normale Handtücher zum Trocknen drauf *Betten durchgelegen *Baulärm Tag wie spätabends -> bis 23 Uhr und länger wurde Beton gegossen auf der Nachbarbaustelle *Lärmbelästigung durch Nachbarn bis 3 Uhr nachts -> versucht mit den Vermietern dieser Wohnung zu klären -> leider ohne Erfolg *4:30 wird man von besoffenen Urlaubern aus dem Bett geklingelt die mit im Haus wohnen

Wir haben eine falsche Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen und nicht die, die gebucht wurde!!!! Absolute Frechheit mit zwei kleinen Kindern ohne vollausgestattete Küche in kleinen Räumen auskommen zu müssen

Bardzo komfortowy apartament, przestronny, czysty, zadbany, z wyposażenia nic nie brakowało i bonus to widok, mozna dojrzeć morze i kawalek miasta oraz most a także posiedzieć na duuużym balkonie.

Brak komunikacji miejskiej ale to wina wladz miasta.

Pobyt udany.

Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy jak i poruszanie się po obiekcie. Lokalizacja raczej na uboczu co nam odpowiadało. Apartament posiadał drobne mankamenty najczęściej estetyczne, ale do przeżycia. Cena adekwatna do tego co się otrzymuje. Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić.

Mogłoby być lepiej wysprzątane.

Sehr modern und sauberes Apartment.Tiefgaragenplatz direkt am Lift.

Sehr laute Hauptstraße. Mit offenen Fenster schlafen ist nicht möglich. Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil Diverse Ausstattung in der Küche fehlen, wie z.B. Flaschenöffner oder Toaster, Eierbecher.Herd kompliziert zu bedienen. Deckenlampe im Wohnzimmer ohne Funktion,wir haben jedenfalls keinen Schalter gefunden.Der Türrahmen im Bad löst sich durch das Dusch Wasser langsam auf.
