Lokalizacja i sposób obsługi apartamentu (sposób przekazania kluczy), spokojna okolica. Samo wyposażenie apartamentu w niezbędne urządzenia i elementy jest również dobre (ekspres, zmywarka, pralka, itd)
Niska jakość materiałów wykończeniowych, problemy z izolacją na poziomie -1 - wpływająca woda do garażu, woda stojąca na progu (w siłowni), widać zamoknięte ściany, kostka brukowa się rusza (topi w wodzie) na zjeździe do garażu. Sofa która przeznaczona jest do spania - jest niestety niewygodna

Przestronny, wygodny, ładnie umeblowany, dobrze wyposażony pokój z aneksem i sporym balkonem, tarasem i leżakami na dachu budynku i sauną. Niczego w nim nie brakowało. Lokalizacja całkiem dobra. Spacerek 20 min do Starówki i 30 min do plaży centralnej czy molo.
Skomplikowana instrukcja odbioru kluczy. Można było znacznie prościej i jaśniej. Brak wiadomości dotyczącej zarezerwowanego miejsca na parkingu, która przychodzi osobno niż instrukcja odbioru kluczy. Brak recepcji i kontakt jedynie telefoniczny przez Renters, najpierw z automatem, a potem po długich oczekiwaniach i nieodebranych polączeniach ktoś oddzwaniał.
