Holiday Home Floris

Loved the accomodation, the wooden furniture and the fire place give it a special cosy home feeling. The house was clean, spacious, with a fully equipt kitchen and tons of woods for the fire place. The vila is a bit isolated from the rest of the houses in the aria which makes the stay even more enjoyable, quiet and relaxing, with amazing view and palette of colors. Srdjan, the host was very kind and responsive. We arrived way later then the check-in schedule, he wasn't able to be at the house at that point, but he kindly arranged his friend to come and provide us with everything we needed on our arrival. The host came to meet and greet us on our check-out, which was very nice because we could thank him for everything in person.

Sve je bilo prelepo. Cisto, prostrano i udobno. Osecaj “Kao kod kuce”. Lepse je uzivo nego na slikama. Priroda i mir. Domacin izuzetan. Sve preporuke.

A wonderful house located in a very beautiful and secluded place. We easily reached it by taxi from the Kopaonik bus station in just 10 minutes. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a detailed tour of the house, and was always available for any questions. The house is very cozy, with an easy-to-use fireplace and a full set of furnishings for a comfortable stay. The sauna works perfectly. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the tap water is clean and drinkable. The location is stunning, with Šiljak Peak nearby, which we hiked to every day. The views from the top are breathtaking in all directions. There are also forests and trails nearby for peaceful walks.

There are three separate houses on the shared property, one of which is entirely yours. However, it was very quiet, and no one disturbed us. Also, not all the furnishings are brand new, but everything works flawlessly.

Everything. The house itself, its location, the view. Very well equipped apartment. E.g. Sauna, parlour game, spices in the kitchen, grill in the garden, etc.
