A wonderful house located in a very beautiful and secluded place. We easily reached it by taxi from the Kopaonik bus station in just 10 minutes. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a detailed tour of the house, and was always available for any questions. The house is very cozy, with an easy-to-use fireplace and a full set of furnishings for a comfortable stay. The sauna works perfectly. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the tap water is clean and drinkable. The location is stunning, with Šiljak Peak nearby, which we hiked to every day. The views from the top are breathtaking in all directions. There are also forests and trails nearby for peaceful walks.

There are three separate houses on the shared property, one of which is entirely yours. However, it was very quiet, and no one disturbed us. Also, not all the furnishings are brand new, but everything works flawlessly.

We really loved this house! From the wooden interiors to the amazing views- it's stunning and it's great for a family or two couples. I really liked that's located in a quiet area, away from the crowded ski places, but it's 10 minutes away from the ski lifts. The house has everything you need, to cook, relax in the sauna or by the fireplace.

If the zombie apocalypse would've started tomorrow and you ended up in this villa, the only thing you would need would be the food and clothes :) It has everything you need - a washing machine, kitchen, fridge, a functioning fireplace, 4 beds, TV, internet connection, outside table, heating, vacuum cleaner, and a mop, working sauna, grill (behind the house), isolated resting area (behind the house), forest, hill, astonishing view and an amazing host! (and a lot more)

Our stay here was simply amazing. The location of the house is breathtaking. The house is a bit isolated from other houses in Kopaonik, the nearest one is 300 - 400 meters away, so there is no car noise, you can only hear the birds, the wind and the insects. The facilities are welcoming and cozy, the decor is warm and lovely. You have everything you need, just as it is explained in the description. Even though is isolated, you have electricity, water, internet without any problems. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are cozy and with all the quiet and only starlight as light pollution you can get a really great night sleep. Our host Srdzan was really kind and welcoming. There is only one remark (maybe better said an idea, since it didn't affect our feelings towards our stay), it would be nice if there were fly screens for the windows in the bedrooms, but this is just a suggestion and it's not something that would decide my decision to stay here again.

Location, cozy and warm ambient, panoramic view. Host is a great guy, ready to help and answer on everything you need. House is on a perfect spot, outside crowded places but yet close to everything you need. Well equipped and beautifully organized. House left an amazing mark in our lives that we will never forget. Looking forward to visiting again.
