Convenient location, Russian owners

Great location, beautiful villa, nearby many restaurants and lifts for beginners.

No elevator, difficult to carry suitcases to the 4th floor by hand. All the furniture and almost all the kitchen equipment creaks and sings with its own voice

It was our pleasure to stay at Chrisantenhof. A clean, spacious apartment, great sauna, instant access to the slope and very nice and hospitable hostess.

Photos are misleading

The owner was very sweet on arrival and check in was quick. We had a problem with the bed and she fixed it that day. It was great that you could ski in and out of the property

The photos in the booking.com add we very misleading. The rooms were nothing like the communal area in pictures. We felt we couldn’t use the communal area due to all the baby things scattered around. It felt like the owners own lounge room. The rooms were very not well maintained. Many things were broken, beds were uncomfortable, sheets had holes in them, outside chairs broken . The rooms were very hot even with the heating turned off . So we were very disappointed as other places we have tried in the past have been better quality and more value for money

Kurzurlaub

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge, sowohl vom Fenster, als auch vom Balkon aus. Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und es gab sogar Kapseln für Kaffeemaschine. Check-in per Code und Schlüsselbox hat super geklappt.

Das Wasser in der Dusche braucht sehr lange bis es warm wird. Auf dem Balkon wäre ein zweite Stuhl schön.

Es waren 3 sehr angenehme und entspannte Tage/ Nächte. Wir haben unseren Aufwnthalt während dem Ötztaler Radmarathon

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und das Apartment war super schön groß mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Es war sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr bemüht und hat uns gleich geantwortet bei Fragen.

Leider gibt es nur 4 Stück von allem (Geschirr), das ist etwas umständlich da man nach jeder Mahlzeit den Geschirrspüler aufdrehen muss und dieser immer halb leer ist. Vorallem in Bezug auf Gläser ist das bei 4 Leuten sehr umständlich.
