    We had a really lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton for 3 nights and 4 days. The service was excellent throughout — everyone we interacted with was warm, helpful and very responsive to our requests. It was my husband’s and my birthday during the stay, and the hotel made it extra special with beautiful room decorations and a slice of cake for each of us. Such a thoughtful touch! Our kids also had a great time at the soft play area. One moment that especially stood out was when the staff member there found out it was my birthday through my daughter. She spent time making a beautiful handmade crown with my daughter and got her involved in the craft activity. It was such a sweet and personal gesture, and really made my day. Overall, a wonderful family experience with genuinely thoughtful service. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

    first room assigned to me has a strong musty/cigarette smell, was offered a change of room and was much better but still have smell, and doesn't smell fresh.. Aircon was very cold no matter how low the fan speed and turning up the temperature, sofa in the rooms all have stains. Upstairs guest was jumping or running and I can hear it in my room. Overall hotel rooms are very old and need alot of refurbishment or at least deep clean all their sofa and carpet. Ordered room service and wrong order was delivered to me. Staffs were warm and friendly.
