La posizione (meriterebbe tranquillamente molto più di 10). La gentilezza e la professionalità dell'host. La completezza delle dotazioni.
Volendo cercare il "pelo nell'uovo" penso che occorrerebbe una leggera rinfrescata ad alcune pareti.

Posizione ottima per farmacia, negozi , ristoranti.
Accoglienza, nessuna informazione per la gestione dell’appartamento (scaldabagno, condizionatori, internet.. nessuna spiegazione al riguardo! La proprietaria è stata molto sbrigativa nel consegnare le chiavi. Inoltre. Cuscini con chiazze evidenti e buchi , coperte non odoravano di pulito.
