Questo appartamento merita il massimo della valutazione per: ottima comunicazione da parte dell’host, pulizia impeccabile della struttura, posizione, Wi-Fi funzionante, cucina totalmente attrezzata, anche di forno e lavastoviglie. L’appartamento é dotato anche di lavabiancheria, ma soprattutto di un comodo e ampio terrazzo con affaccio sull’Etna. Struttura altamente consigliata

The host made check in easy. The room was comfortable and well stocked. It’s a short walk to the local park and restaurants. Easy access to autostrada if traveling to nearby attractions

Excelente ambiente, super limpo, e recepção atenciosa. O Paolo repõe o café da manhã que dá de cortesia e as instalações são muito boas. O terraço é super agradável. Tem comércio perto e fica na principal rua de Misterbianco. Apesar de ser perto de catania, não possui muito transporte para as demais regiões. É uma casa acolhedora, muito completa, que realmente faz você se sentir em casa.

We really liked the terrace which is quite big and had a built in barbecue in the furniture. The flat was clean and had two separate ACs which is very important in the Sicilian heat. The view from the terrace is spectacular because you have a full view of the mount Etna and can enjoy the view with a nice evening beer. Misterbianco is quite nice and calm compared to other areas. The streets are cleaner than most other towns or cities because generally Sicily is very dirty and there is trash everywhere on the streets like car tires, whole fridges and other household trash.

There are basic kitchen tools which are missing like a wooden spoon or a chopping board, scissors, first aid kit (because we cut ourselves and could not find anything to use for our wounds), strainer (i thought every italian kitchen has it). One thing particularly stood out which was that the owner came up to the flat every single day when we were not home. There are turtles on the terrace (I assume they are his pets) which needed to be fed everyday and probably thats the reason. This wouldnt even be a problem because I love animals and they are very cute and give an extra vibe to the flat, but the fact that this is stated nowhere on the booking site i find it quite misleading. There is a compressor (responsible for water pressure) located on the terrace which activates every 2-3 mins and its extremely loud. So loud that we needed like a few days to acclimatise and not to be bothered from it. If you spend your free time on the terrace when you are at home its quite disturbing. The electricity in certain areas in the flat is unstable and can be overloaded if you use the washing machine and the AC at the same time which results in shutting off the main switch in the flat. There are pigeons everywhere because there is a neighbour who keeps them as pets i think but the problem is that they are leaving their filth everywhere and you cant even walk on the terrace barefoot. That should be solved asap. Upon checkout we were instructed that the cleanliness of the kitchen is our responsibility and we have to clean it before leaving. We didnt go into any discussions about it and kept the kitchen clean to our standards but I was never ever asked to do this before and I always book on booking.com. Overall I think for 7days the price was a bit high but we tried to pull the best out of it.
