Zentraler kann man vielleicht nicht wohnen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstücken auf dem Markt oder beim Bäcker um die Ecke. Schönes Haus mit ruhigem Innenhof.

Perfect Location. Good contact with owner. Ok value for the money. You dont waist time for taxi ect.
On first night a neighbour downstairs asked us to not stay in apt instead to go outside for example to the park because he needs to rest (it was 5:30pm). Bathroom could be cleaner and the celing fixed (large hole near airvent).The sofa in living room not as comfortable as it could be.. if you would like to rent it as a group of 4friends toss a coin - the one that looses sleeps in living room😉.

location is just perfect, there’s also a lot of nice shops and restaurants around.
the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and the cleaning standards need improvement. The flat needs better maintenance overall.
