About this apartment rental
Spacious and bright. 2 double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, dining room, study, two bathrooms, terrace. It equipped with air conditioning and free internet wifi. Ceiling with wooden beams. Decorated with antique furniture. Washing machine and dishwasher. In cooking pots and utensils available. Located close to all the main tourist sites (accessible on foot or by bus). Enjoy your favorite spot and frequented the city, full of cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and, despite being in the heart of the city nightlife, and 'peaceful and quiet with a stunning view over the Roman rooftops. You can sample directly under the house the best pizza in town and wander around the typical market of flowers ....... will also be a pleasure to help our guests to book to attend the most interesting events. Guided tours are available on request. The laundry, a drying room, hair dryer, oven, coffee machine 'will make your stay more comfortable.

Check in process was very easy and host was super helpful. The location was convenient to many sights and restaurants. Host gave us many great tips for eating and sightseeing. Beds were comfortable and ac worked very well. Constructive criticism: The apartment could provide paper towels for the kitchen and couch slip cover was dirty/stained. Common area at ground floor was very dark, dirty and dingy. Some easy fixes.

We had a fabulous stay in Rome. Gabrielle was so helpful to us. The location was absolutely fantastic and the apartment perfect for our family of 4. If we are back in Rome we will absolutely stay at this apartment again. Absolutely fabulous.

Overall, our stay was roomy for a family of five (three boys 11, 13 & 15). Would we stay here again, probably not. We would most likely look for something in the same area of the city, but not this exact apartment.PROS:-Location is EXCELLENT - walking distance to most sites or a bus stop just two blocks away-Nice size for a family of 5-Remodeled/updated main bathroom was very nice-Balcony bathroom was very fun for our boys and also allowed for a bit of privacy if needed -The updated windows are VERY nice and keep *most* of the noise from the Drunken Ship bar below out-Amenities (grocery, farmers market, restaurants) just steps awayCONS: -DIRTY. I am by no means super picky when it comes to clean, BUT the apartment was very dirty. The floors looked as though they hadn't been thoroughly mopped in years - and it showed on our socks within minutes if we didn't put crocs on to walk around. The bed sheets and pillow cases were stained and although laundered, still felt very old and dingy. The comforter for the double sofa bed was losing down feathers everywhere and looked to be at least 10 years old. The plates in the cupboard as well as the pots and pans still had food stuck on them and were put away as 'clean.'-The double sofa bed is far from comfortable. If you are traveling with adults or adult children, I would not recommend thinking of the sofa bed as an extra bed.-The apartment could use throw rugs. There was another review that mentioned this also
