The communication was excellent and very helpful.. The location fabulous..on the square...lots of.pkaces to eat, sit down and take away and a market in the square to buy fruit and cheese etc. Within an easy walking distance of the vatican, pantheon, and other sites. The aircon was a lifesaver. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for ourselves and our 2 teens for a 3 day stay. We loved it
