Convenient location to restaurants, south bank, grocery stores and 7Eleven and comfortable bed rooms, living room and balcony.
The room i stayed in, the TV remote didn’t work and the washing machine might need to be replaced, on some modes it started to leak water.

Location and value for money.
Upon arrival, reception was unattended, intercom buzzer didnt seem to work and the phone number listed to call was went to message bank. Eventually a team member showed up. The toilet made an annoying sweaking sounds when refilling, waking my parnter.

Location was all. Perfect. Good apartment with good facilities
Could have done with instructions re TV. I thought it felt like I was on a personal account. Perhaps starting to look a little tired. Odd mark etc. on furniture

The apartment is in a good location and very convenient for getting around.
Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment itself was not very good and it appeared quite worn and in need of some maintenance. With some improvements and better upkeep, it could be a much nicer place to stay.
