Central location. Good for an overnight stay

Cramped. Uncomfortable bed and bedding. No parking nearby- had to leave car in centre of town.

Smelled really musty when came in front foyer of building ; however after 2 steep sets of stairs to apt, there wasn’t an odor. Bathtub/shower a bit wonky. Tiny shaped tub but worked ok

The apartment was extremely nice. It had everything you need and more, and we really felt at home. After the restaurant downstairs closed (about 22.30), it was quiet. The location is excellent. We actually didn't want to leave.

Apartment was beautiful, very central, right in the middle of chateaubriant. Everything you need is there.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower, my husband is 6 ft and could not stand up in it so he had to have a bath instead.

Agréable logement bien équipe

Espace cosi, agréable, bien équipé, sympa. Idéalement placé et avec des places de parking gratuites quasiment devant le logement.

L'escalier avec deux passages étroits en bas des marches et à la porte du logement, en bas des escaliers, pas facile avec une valise et des sac... La baignoire sous pente plafond qui empêche de se tenir droit, sans se cogner, et je ne suis pas grand.

Het was klam/muf in het appartement. Douchen in bad zonder houder voor douchekop niet ideaal. Klein bed en slecht geventileerd.

Avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre de l'appartement.

L'entrée de l'immeuble se trouve en fait au début de la rue perpendiculaire, heureusement une commerçante nous a indiqué l'entrée car elle connaissait ce problème.

Hors mis le problème ci-dessus, tout est parfait.

Très bel endroit cosy et chaleureux.

La mise à disposition des ventilateurs fut grandement apprécié. Atypique et cosy.

L’emplacement ne permet pas de se garer dans la rue. Le parking était à 3 min à pied. Le manque de lit pliant pour enfant. Le restaurant en bas des fenêtres qui a fait durer l’ouverture. Nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres malgré la chaleur.

Aménagement cosi, on ne peut pas faire mieux dans l'espace disponible. Deux défauts: les escaliers, prévoir le baudrier, la baignoire, pour petits gabarits uniquement. Tout est optimisé au mieux. Équipement complet.

Rien de vraiment important, peut-être 2 ou 3 prises électriques supplémentaires chambre et salle de bain.

Je qualifierais l'appartement de nid douillet, décoré avec goût. Vraiment très mignon, perso, j'ai adoré.Très bien situé, on a accès facilement (à pied) à toutes les commodités du centre ville. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et veillent vraiment à ce que le séjour se passe bien. J'ai eu l'occasion d'interagir avec eux et je peux dire que, non seulement, ils répondent très rapidement mais ils sont aussi agréables et sympathiques.

Franchement, je n'ai pas de points négatifs.

Superbe petit nid , idéalement située en cœur de ville. La décoration moderne et stylée est vraiment très agréable, la taille est parfaite. Il ne manque rien.

Peut être l'escalier un peu raide pour chipoter.
