Location was excellent. A quiet street close to all attractions and services. Beds very comfy if one a bit creaky. Wifi good connection. Perfect size for 4 people but any more would have felt like a squash.

Parking was very difficult, and the information provided stating free parking in the Abbey grounds carpark is inaccurate. We did manage to park on the street eventually but it was not guaranteed. Stairway is steep and not suitable for anyone with any mobility difficulties. Also quite shabby and unloved. The apartment feels a bit 'tired'. More like staying in a friend's flat as opposed to professional standard. Kitchen utensils mismatched, some needed cleaning before use. No tin opener. Furniture also mismatched and a bit quirky. The lounge carpet was stained, as was one armchair. Once Velux window in master bedroom was opened it was impossible to close, and the wallpaper was peeling off. There was no place to hang a towel in the toilet once you'd washed your hands. Previous reviews have mentioned similar comments, including the non-working main light in the lounge, which still wasn't working. Our stay was during hot weather, so no need for heating, but fans had not been PAT tested, and one was held together with sellotape. We had a nice trip overall, but felt that the price for 3 nights £735 implied a higher quality apartment overall.

The accommodation is very well located, on a quiet street just a three-minute walk from the square and the church. We were always able to park on the street, right in front of the apartment. Our apartment was on the second floor with no lift. It is large and spacious. There are two separate bathrooms (one with a toilet and the other with a shower). The kitchen is very well equipped and the dining area is pleasant.

The apartment is not well equipped for the high summer temperatures. We understand that there is no air conditioning, but good fans in the bedrooms and the living room would have been necessary. The mattresses are not very comfortable, and the cleanliness of some areas could also be improved. Some windows do not open and close properly.

דירה מרווחת, נעימה, נקייה ופרקטית. מטבח מצויד בכל מה שצריך כדי להכין ארוחות. מיקום מצויין קרוב למרכז העיירה ברחוב שקט ויש חניה חינם ברחוב או רחובות סמוכים, אם חוזרים לדירה מאוחר בערב.

חדר שינה ראשי החלון לא נפתח אז ממש הרגיש חנוק וחם. הווילון של החלון לא אוטם לחלוטין את האור הזריחה ולא היו מים חמים במטבח.. הכי אכזב שפנינו כמה פעמים בהודעות לנציג הדירה על מנת שיגיעו לסדר את התקלות אבל לא קיבלנו שום מענה ושום התייחסות. זאת אחרי שקיבלנו מענה מהיר טוב לפני הצ'ק אין. מזלנו שאלו היו תקלות לא מהותיות מאוד, אחרת היינו בבעיה ללא מענה מצד נציגות הנכס. גם השירות לקוחות של בוקינג אכזבו אותנו כי גם הם לא ענו לנו כלל.
