a few refinements would have been welcomed e.g clocks, bedside lights. the main bed was very squashy at the edges so I nearly rolled out a few times

Superb
Great location, 5minutes walk from town center and short driving distance from Bibury, Bourton on water, stow and the slaughters. Quiet area, undisturbed sleep. Great customer service, especially Gill has been very kind and prompt with her replies :) Very clean and spacious apartment. Smooth check-in (thanks for the early check-in option). Free parking spaces on side road.
We had some troubles with hot water (there is a switch at the entrance to turn on upon arrival but still wasn't working for the first day-solved after contacting treetop cs). The heating in main bedroom wasn't working, so a bit chilly, but there was a small heater at least so not too bad. Had to clarify how to dispose of recycling and waste, not very clear at the beginning. The lock at the entrance is fiddly and quite hard to open the door but you'll get the hang of it ;) Single beds a bit uncomfortable, king bed was ok!

Great for a family stay
The flat was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. About a 5-10 minute walk into town and very quiet location. Was easy to check-in and well equipped - had kitchen utensils and pots/pans, dishwashing liquid and sponges, towels, tea/coffee. They even had some board games.
The bed in the smaller double room was very squeaky. Also no toiletries included (e.g. shampoo, body wash, etc).
