This property offers a peaceful stay with easy access to local historic towns, scenic walks, and everything the Cotswolds has to offer.

The property is spread over 2 floors (1st and 2nd floors) and enjoys 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, living room and a separate dining room.
The living room is on the 1st floor and is spacious and airy. It has a super comfy sofa which is also a sofa bed to host those extra guests!
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you would expect to find and the dining room is perfect to gather for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower and is complemented with Temple Spa products.
Bedroom one is on the 1st floor and has bunk beds for children and young adults.
The two larger bedrooms are on the top floor which is the 2nd floor. One has a king bed and the other room has a super king / zip & link bed which can be split into a twin with 72 hours notice. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like it made as a twin otherwise it will be made as super king as standard.
There is no parking at the property, however we are very close to two large public car parks.
The Beeches Car Park is a 4-5 minute walk and has a small charge of £3 for all day parking between 8am-6pm, 6pm-8am is free and all day Sunday is free parking too.
The Waterloo Car Park is almost across the road and is a 2 minute walk to the property. This is slightly more expensive for day time parking, 5 hours being £6.20 and 10 hours being £9.20. This car park is also free between 6pm-8am but charges also apply on Sundays.
The apartment can be accessed via the front door which is on Dyer Street. The front door is controlled via a pin code entry system. Once inside, please go up the stairs to the first floor where the main living area for the apartment is situated.
The pin for entry is sent to you prior to your arrival date.
In case of emergency, please press call the reception team at our sister property (Stratton House Hotel & Spa) by using the contact number on the phone in the apartment.
