Apartments Ivan Split

Generously appointed, excellent location for a very reasonable price, and the host was extremely accommodating with regards to a late check-in. Good air-con, and very quiet at night despite being in a central and busy area. Would strongly recommend to any looking to stay in Split.

Amazing location, clean and cute apartment with everything you need

location was in the old downtown area by the harbor. We ate at the restaurant next door, which has been the best food we've had so far. Very easy to take the bus from the airport.

The host was responsive. The apartment is close to the center, within walking distance from most things.

The apartment profile on Booking is misleading - they have 2 apartments under one single profile. We thought we booked a different apartment (the first one on the picture set). So, it was very disappointing when we were faced with a different one. Why do they have 2 apartments under the same listing (given that one of them is clearly inferior to the other)? We contacted Booking for an explanation, and they only told me to contact the property to sort it out. Besides the fact that we were disappointed with the apartment, we did not plan to leave and ruin the start of our holidays. We contacted the host, and she told us that this mistake with the rooms happens very often. She was passive-aggressive and not very helpful. Our chat made me feel worst about the situation, as I came to her with some constructive feedback. I believe as a business owner she should take the lead to help her guests to have a good experience, even when issues arise. But it felt like I was talking to a spoiled teenager. I hope the host and Booking work to fix this issue for future guests.
