1. узкая лестница на 6-й этаж. об этом не было указано. сложно подниматься с чемоданами и ежедневно. 2. очень грязная и пыльная квартира. много плесени в ванной. жуткий запах. дохлые насекомые. грязное постельное. в шкафах пыль и колонии мелких насекомых. протекает вода в душе, стеклянная дверь сильно скрипит.

The apartment is located very close to Notre-Dame, the Pantheon and many other sights, which is great. They also allowed a much earlier check-in than normal in my case, which was great as I didn't have to wait at all. It's at the top of a very old building though with uneven stairs that can be difficult to climb and there's even more steep stairs in the apartment itself leading up to the bed. Despite not being mentioned, the apartment came with a washing machine - but it doesn't work, so I guess that's why it's not listed. But there's several washing salons around that are open nearly all day. It's okay in terms of cleanliness, but quite stuffy. If you're planning for a short term stay where you'll mostly use the apartment for sleeping and spend the day out and about - then I can recommend it. But for longer stays and inside, I'd pick something else. 

Location was perfect - very close to boulevard Saint-Michel, and within easy walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit. The flat was basic but perfectly comfortable, and ideal for a single person or a couple. All the facilities (kitchen, shower room etc) were fine and I had no complaints at all.

This isn't a complaint, merely something to be aware of. The flat is on the top floor of a 5 or 6 storey block, and there's no lift, so coming in or going out involved over 75 steps up or down, on a narrow and slightly uneven spiral staircase. I got used to this fairly quickly, but it would make the flat unsuitable for anyone who wasn't reasonably fit, or who had lots of heavy luggage.
