Good for a very short stay; not for families

Good location and lots of parking available.

Towels and couch were not very clean. No kitchen towel or tissues provided. There was a small problem with the freezer not closing properly. Many things like the oven, sofa, throws etc need cleaning. Beds were not very comfortable. Owner was not reachable quickly.

Mieszkanie przestronne, blisko stacji kolejowej do Niemiec. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje się tylko przespać i zupełnie niczego więcej nie oczekuje od mieszkania to polecam. Wifi działa.

Poduszki to płaskie flaki, a w jednej poszewce chamska dziura. Brakowało płynu do zmywania, nie chce za każdym razem wkładać do zmywarki jednego garnka. Patelnia nie nadaje się do użytku, a słabej jakości garnki sprawiały że ugotowanie jajek było wyjątkowo czasochłonne. Brakuje ostrzałki do noży albo po prostu nowych, porządnych noży do krojenia, a nie miażdzenia. Łazienka wymaga porządnego sprzątania - ta pajęczyna pod szafką (nad pralką) nie zostałą wyhodowana w jeden dzień. Kaloryfer nad wanną też prosi się o przetarcie z kurzu. Balkon zaniedbany, meble nie zachęcały, żeby na nich usiąść. Kanapa w salonie wysłużona, siadając słychać i czuć sprężyny. Nie wiem jak wygląda kwestia spania na niej, ale raczej zalecałabym ostrożność.

Zawsze dokumentuj mieszkanie, które zdajesz i po przybyciu żądaj naprawienia usterek.

Mieszkanie jak mieszkanie. Właściciel na pewno włożył dużo serca w jego zakup i wykończenie.

Mieszkanie jak mieszkanie. Cena w stosunku do jakości była dobra plus parking w cenie. W cenie czytaj jak znajdziesz wolne miejsce. Mieszkanie służyło Nam wyłącznie do spania plus jeden posiłek w ciągu dnia. Opuściliśmy budynek zgodnie z umową w piątek o 10. Do końca dnia byliśmy na terenie Świnoujścia. W sobotę o 15 dostajemy email, że ubrudziliśmy narożnik. Zdjęcie robione kalkulatorem. My na narożniku tylko siedzieliśmy. Firma "przyznała się", że Pani sprzątająca zauważyła ubrudzenie od razu po opuszczeniu przez Nas lokalu. Przypominam byliśmy w Świnoujściu do końca dnia. Można było zadzwonić. Byliśmy na miejscu. Albo bym oczyścił ewentualne zabrudzenie, albo kogoś wezwał aby to oczyścił. Ale na pewno zanieczyszczenia nie było, a z Nas chcą zrobić kozła ofiarnego i wyłudzić pieniądze. Jedziecie na wakacje na drugi koniec Polski i robicie dokładne zdjęcia lokalu, gdzie śpicie czy odpoczywacie? Dziękuje firmie Renters za naukę. Koniec z wynajmem u pośredników. Dziękuję. Nie wychowywałem się w jakimś nowobogackim domu. Ale garnków było brak. Musiałem dokupić patelnię, mam rachunek. Pod łóżkiem brudno, wszystko sprzątnięte tak po łepkach. Spaliśmy z dzieckiem na jednym łóżku, bo brak pościeli. Na koniec sprzątnęliśmy mieszkanie, odkurzyliśmy, nawet pościel wypraliśmy. Ale Renters "kasuje za to 250 zł". W tych pieniądzach lokal powinien lśnić, a jest tak sobie. Współczuje właścicielowi mieszkania. Sprawę zgłosiłem do UOKIK. Proszę o kontach osoby, które również dostały takie oskarżenie, a z tego co czytam to częsta praktyka u tej firmy. Kontakt: [email protected]
