Great value apartment in a lovely location, close to the Dolomites national park.

I stayed here for 13 nights in May 2025. The apartment has everything you need for your stay in Feltre (which is a very nice place), and the price per night is excellent. The owner was available and helpful. Free parking is included at the premises.

The interior is quite basic and there is no carpet throughout, so the floor feels cold in the mornings and evenings. There is central heating though. The washing machine doesn't dry the clothes very well. The apartment has net curtains throughout, which aren't very private. Hopefully the owner will address these points to improve the experience of future guests.

Don't book it!

The rooms and the bathroom were clean enough. So were the towels. The kitchen cabinets were new. There was a stock of food for sweet breakfast.

At a first glance, we liked the apartment. We even wanted to prolong our stay there. But after the first night... But I'll begin at the beginning: No Wi-Fi. No toiletries - except for those obviously left by previous guests. Just two hangers in the closet ( also obviously left by previous guests). Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, except one small rack. The washing machine old and the washing powder compartment disgustingly dirty. The pans so old and scratched, that only one of them was usable. One of the pillows had dirty spots. The apartment was on the ground floor and very damp. There was a musty smell that no amount of airing could dispel. But the worst thing was the bed. First of all, it wasn't double, just a wide single. The mattress was sagging. " Uncomfortable " doesn't even begin to describe it. It was a torture. Making the guests sleep on something like this, when it really should be just thrown away, is downright shameful. I would never recommend this awful apartment to anyone.

the flat was cozy, in a good location. the host was pleasant, recommended some nice places

the flat was quite cold in the end of march, floor tiles were also cold, so you cant walk without shoes. the view of the city was a wall of a building from one window and another wall from another window. the church next door will wake you up at 7, and continue ringing bells every hour. and one of the neighbors deflated our car tire at the ‘private’ parking

The TV wasn't a smart TV so we couldn't use it as l channels were in French unfortunatelty.

Piccolo appartamento con ogni confort e vicino sia al centro città che all'ospedale dove dovevo lavorare. Vicini tranquilli e appartamento con buon impianto di riscaldamento. La signora che mi ha accolta e dato le chiavi è stata molto gentile e soprattutto mi hanno dato la possibilità di fare il check in all'orario richiesto da me. Appartamento pulito e lenzuola fresche di bucato

L’unica cosa positiva che eri al centro del paese .

Stanza umida e odore sgradevole di umidità . Visiva anche sui muri. Ragnatele e ragni in tutte le stanze . Non ho avuto modo di dirgli di persona quelli che ho trovato nella stanza perché siamo andati via presto . Spero dalla mia recensione sia più pulita per altri ..io non dico di stare meglio di casa mia ma no dormire in un posto peggio di casa mia ..

Purtroppo da evitare

La casa risultava in uno stato di igiene scadente, letti sporchi, formiche ovunque, cibo vecchio all'interno del frigorifero e degli scaffali. Eravamo in 3 ed uno di noi ha dovuto dormire per l'intera vacanza sul divano viste le condizioni del materasso. Peccato perché Carlo è una persona disponibile e accogliente. Sono sicuro potrà rifarsi in futuro
