A cozy, independent apartment of approximately 45 m2, renovated in 2022, located entirely on the first floor of a typical Feltre-style building.
The house is nestled in a peaceful rural setting and surrounded by woods, where you can take refreshing walks at the foot of Mount Avena, just outside the Belluno Dolomites National Park.
The house is powered by energy derived 100% from renewable sources.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and an adjoining small bedroom with a French bed. Everything you need for a carefree vacation is provided (dishes, towels, sheets, hair dryer, clothesline, etc.).
There is no TV, but there is internet access, both wired and wireless.
There is free parking, a courtyard, and a gazebo from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Feltre valley while sipping a delicious herbal tea made from genuine wild herbs.
Just 5 minutes from the famous Pedavena Brewery, 10 minutes from the historic center of Feltre, and 15 minutes from Lake Corlo in Arsiè, and a short distance from many other points of interest in the province of Belluno, Primiero, Valsugana (Lakes Caldonazzo and Levico), and the provinces of Treviso, Vicenza, and Padua. Two hours from Venice.
