We had a precarious situation in the hotel with the now 'ex-manager' but the owner stepped in immediately and fired the guy.
In total the hotel is amazing. They have amazing food and very nice rooms. If you need a thick matrass you need to book the best room tho ;) but this is just complaining on a high level.
The resort is super clean, everybody is friendly and doing a great job.
I really have to say the owner , Reno has the heart on the right spot and did what he could to make us feel better, after the ex manager was being the bottom of human society, he fired him and talked to the right people to find out the truth, he believed our story from the beginning and made sure the guy doesn't get a job in this area.

Estaba SOLO en todo el 'resort'... Me preguntaban si quería cenar para abrir el restaurante o directamente cerrado total...
