The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. It was easy to access, and there was ample parking space, which made the stay very convenient.
The only minor drawback was that noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. It didn't bother me personally, but it may be an issue for light sleepers.

1. The owner Mr Gamage is very flexible, helpful and goes out of his way to make sure the guests’ requirements are looked after.
2. Chef Bandara with his staff can whip up a good meal according to guest’s wishes
3. Modern clean rooms upstairs
Mosquitos in the ope air dining area in spite of all the steps taken by staff to keep them away. Minor inconvenience.

Is very well located. You are close to city centre and Cave Temple. The owner is the kindest person you’ll ever meet… Very helpful and attentive. This stay is absolute good value… Breakfast was very nice as well
Maybe the bathroom can use some kind of extraction so it’s not always humid and doesn’t get smelly

It was close to the cave temple. The owner organized a safari with good price
There was a lizard in the room I called a staff member he couldn’t catch it so he left and said that it’s not dangerous. I felt very uncomfortable. The wall was moldy, ther wasn’t a bottle of water in the room on arrival, (in hot country this is a kind gesture. )I felt here the profit is more important than the guests
