Close and accessible from the Dambulla main road and city centre

The upstairs rooms were modern, very clean, and comfortable.
The staff were exceptional: friendly, accommodating, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay.
The location was convenient, and overall it offered good value for money, especially if you book the upstairs rooms.
The downstairs rooms could use significant renovation. They feel dated and would benefit from upgrades and a fresh coat of paint. Considering the price difference is minimal, they don’t offer the same value as the upstairs rooms.
Also, while breakfast was decent, it was quite basic. Adding a curry or parippu would make it much better.

It was close to the cave temple. The owner organized a safari with good price
There was a lizard in the room I called a staff member he couldn’t catch it so he left and said that it’s not dangerous. I felt very uncomfortable. The wall was moldy, ther wasn’t a bottle of water in the room on arrival, (in hot country this is a kind gesture. )I felt here the profit is more important than the guests
