Really really good

The place is exactly as in the pictures. Very comfortable and clean. Has everything you need. Perfect for a stay of two to four people (we were with two but it seems like a great place to stay with kids too). Good contact with the owner. All bars and restaurants very close, just a few minutes away from the train station (good connection to Liege) and bus stops (the one to Ninglinspo is just in front of the place). Highly recommended.

Just amazing!

Nice spacious, clean and fresh apartment.

No big complains. Would be nice to have a roller curtain in the bathroom for some privacy in the evening when you turn in the lights.

Great 2 days hiking around Aywaille thanks to Patricia

Patricia was so kind and helpful to us - she even drove us around to help us get to the best hiking spot. The rooms are clean and very well thought through, with good coffee, great mattress and a great TV screen.

There was no bus taking us back from our hike after 17:15 on Sunday/holidays. So we walked a lot :)

It's an small very comfortable flat. This apartment has everything you may need for your stance. Next time I'll come back to Aywalle for sure I'll repeat here.

I cannot say nothing bad... we have steps to reach the apartment but on Apartment description they don't say that they have elevator.. so nothing to complain... you even have more things than expected.

Great apartment, great location!

Patricia was very communicative before and during our stay. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and it was unfortunately raining. She very kindly allowed us to stay in one of the empty apartments while she finished cleaning ours. (Merci beaucoup!) The location is great and the whole place was great too, very clean and there was everything you needed. Our stay was during really hot days, and although it would have been a bonus to have some fans in the bedroom at night, overall it was a good experience! I would definitely come back and I absolutely recommend Le Coin Cocoon Bis to anyone who'd love to visit the surrounding nature, such ask Ninglinspo.

Patricia is a great host and perfectly accomodated to our needs. She even installed a bed and high chair for our baby. Her appartement is spotlessly clean, very practical and confortable, well decorated and cosy. We recommend and hope to come back.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It has all the basic needs and essentials. We didn't want to eat out as much cause of the pandemic and it was acutally quite nice to eat at the apartment since it looks really nice. Communication with Patricia went smoothly.

Super, Un endroit agréable pour passer des vacances ensemble.

Belle surprise qui nous attendait dans le frigo… du vin pétillant. Nous avons apprécié la décoration de Noël. Grande télé avec Netflix, etc. Merci pour y laisser du papier sulfurisé et du film plastique, ainsi que de nombreuses pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et le café, etc.

Il faudrait quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires, comme une spatule en caoutchouc. Des petites assiettes à dessert seraient également utiles, car une fois les grandes assiettes utilisées, il ne reste plus que des bols à soupe… De plus, comme il faisait très froid et qu'il n'y a de chauffage que dans le salon, les chambres sont très froides la nuit, portes fermées. Mais nous nous y sommes habitués et avons bien dormi.

Centraler gelegen kan niet. Parkeren konden we zonder problemen op straat. Een fijn plekje midden in Aywaille, met smaak ingericht (zelfs met Kerstdecoraties)

Ons bed was te zacht.. daar was mijn rug niet zo blij mee…

L'appartement est super ! Très confort, bien équipé, insonorisé, ... On a super bien dormi, c'est rare de trouver une location avec une bonne literie ! Petites attentions avec le café et les biscuits... et top communication ! Rapide, efficace, parfait :-)

On a juste regretté de ne pas avoir plus profité de l'appartement ! :-D

Het apartement was helemaal in orde, gezellig, voorzien en proper. De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en flexibel. Voldoende winkels, bakkerij, eetgelegenheden op wandelafstand. De locatie is omringd door natuur en talloze acitiviteiten in de buurt.

Appartement très moderne ou strictement rien manquait avec une salle de bains magnifique et des lits très confortables .(en plus on a jamais vu 3 télévisions et un si grand frigo dans un appart...) Aussi très bien situé au centre du village tout proche des magasins et restos. On recommande vivement
