Brockley Hall Hotel

Quirky hotel nice rooms but very warm . I would not stay here in hot weather. Beds comfy. Nice food and staff in the restaurant

Not a particularly warm welcome at check in with the first lady we engaged with as our room was not quite ready we returned to engage with a different lady - again not a particularly warm welcome no local information provided had to ask. Also had to ask hotel information such as breakfast times and restaurant location. It indicates there are 2 restaurant on their website but there is only one both the fine dining and Brasserie are the same.

Nice outdoor garden, rooms are decorated beautifully, staff are friendly and helpful.

Our room was hot even though we were able to open the window.

Loved the location and the parking for the car. Breakfast was excellent and the bar was not expensive. Clean rooms there was a lift but was shown to our room via the stairs 4th floor, thank god for the lift.

Strange smell in the bathroom and the shower door was loose. Didn't warrant me to complain at the time but mentioned at reception when leaving. Said they would look into them issues.

The room very good and hotel was a very charming place.

On arrival the receptionist miserable not interested, The food was really not good both breakfast and evening meal in restaurant area badly over cooked but service staff very polite.
