The apartment was perfect, with a spacious balcony with a panoramic view.

The room was very comfortable.With a spacious and comfortable bed.The living room with the spacious and pleasant kitchen .Modern bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower.

Beautiful room but impractical if intention is to visit the heart of Rome.

The property was modern, well decorated and spacious. Overall a beautiful property. It is also close to Villagio Talenti so there is access to grocery, a bank and shopping.

This property is not ideal for foreigners. The hosts were not available to let us in when we arrived and didn’t answer the phone when called. It took about an hour to get access to the room. The property was advertised as being close to the city centre. This is unfortunately not the case. It takes 40 mins to get to the major tourist sites from the property, and obtaining an Uber is next to impossible due to traffic. The internet was also very weak and the gatekeeper is extremely rude and unhelpful. The property also advertised a pool which was closed when we got there. The pool only opens mid-July until September despite what the advertisement indicates. The hosts do not answer messages and don’t speak English. Overall poor customer service.

The bed that ruined my Roman Holiday

The house is big and has all the smart facilities with good internet There is Parking available close to the house.

The Beds in the house were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced, especially one of the matresses in the small bedroom had its spring poking out. As a result the bed annoyed my wife and my wife annoyed me and eventually the trip kinda got upset slightly. The house is located outside Rome and would be hard to get around with public transport.

It was a huge apartment definitely tons of space and very cute! Well decorated big kitchen! The value for this was amazing. Gated place with pool as well!

The WiFi did not work once. The a/c did not actually work, it said it was on but it was set to 25 degrees and would not go lower. Only cool place was the living room, made sleeping in the bed a bit hard. The location is not fully ideal, you have to drive about 25min into the city, but it was also very peaceful and quiet so depends what you’re going for! I also wish the kitchen had some basics, they had multiple coffee pots and machines but no coffee? Which is pretty standard to provide in hotels and airbnbs etc. even little things like salt and pepper would be great to have. I felt a little off about the fact the dishes weren’t actually put away and scattered all over the kitchen in different places, it’s like no one reset the kitchen during the clean.

We were unhappy overall for the stay because we didn’t have the pool access, any air conditioning - the owner came and said the system is programmed centrally and we have no control, so the appartment was 25 degrees celsius and very humid all the time, with or without the doors opened. There was no cleaning or towels/sheets refresh during the 5 days stay, and no garbage collected.

Nice apartment with beautiful balcony.

The shower was part of Bath with a very irritating shower curtain (not much spa e and hot water was not consistent)., pool was only available for two hours per day, you need to pre book. Initially, they wanted to put us in apartment with no pool access:( had to argue to get what I booked. The owner had no English needed to use Google translate to communicate. They tried to charge above what the site stated as the total but reverted once I produced my confirmation with the total. They said the site booking.com was wrong. Location is only good if you don't want to go in to Rome regularly otherwise its a pain in the ass and you will use the money you save from being in a central location on transport.Taxis are not easy to get in early hours of the morning if you have an early flight so factor this in, ours confirmed then didnt show up with no others available. Panic:) Overall, it's a nice apartment, but it seems the owners must be new to the business. As a result, the experience left a little bit to be desired.

The bedrooms were cozy, providing ample space for a restful night's sleep, and the clean linens added to the overall comfort. The bathroom boasted modern fixtures and was stocked with essential toiletries, catering to our needs during our stay. The efforts of the apartment's owner and management team were commendable, displaying excellent communication and responsiveness, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries we had. Their accommodation and attentiveness ensured that our stay within the apartment itself was smooth and hassle-free.

Regrettably, it was situated a considerable distance from the center of Rome, necessitating a lengthy bus ride of approximately one hour to reach the city's main attractions. This distance posed a significant inconvenience, impacting our daily plans and limiting our ability to fully immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. It required careful planning and scheduling to ensure we made the most of our limited time. Additionally, relying on public transportation added an element of uncertainty and restricted our flexibility in exploring the city at our preferred pace. For those who prioritize convenience and easy access to the city's main landmarks and cultural sites, the location of this apartment might prove to be a significant drawback. It is essential to consider these transportation challenges and evaluate whether they align with your expectations and travel preferences when deciding whether to choose this apartment for your stay in Rome.

This is not for Families!

Just the good location

It is equipped only for 2 people, It is impossible to sleep on the sofa bed, the bathroom has no doors or shower curtains and the shower is handheld. We did not have a parking option and we did not have access to the pool. Didn't have any free toiletries.

Proper information needs to be given to customers

It was difficult as the owner could not speak English we had to keep asking people to speak to them in Italian and say we are waiting for the keys

The bathroom was leaking water all over the floor I have taken a video no extra towels were kept we had to share towels so that we would have clean towels for the 4 days. Every time we called the owner said"speak no english" which is frustrating.

The appartment is magnificent, looks so new and modern! Super comfortable, and have everything you may need. The balcony is big and gorgeous! I love staying here!

When we came the pool was closed we had bad luck since the season of pool started few days later after we left! But it is great that they have it there!

mattress was very soft and a bit uncomfortable. there were only coffee capsules in the kitchen. I would recommend the owner left at least a bottle of water in the fridge , some soap in the bathroom. basic things you would expect when staying somewhere.

Nice, clean building , big apartment, with a lot of space, good view and quite location - meters from the park.

- I was taxed additionally - like 30 euros from my card or so (don't remember) and i doesn't understood why. - The host doesn't speaks english, so our conversation was held only in whats'up , i guess with google translate. - There's no metro station in the area, so you have to take the buss first - 10-15 min walking to the buss stop! Busses are not regular and often you have to wait them a lot! Not to mention that one time we wait the buss for nothing, cause it didn't show up at all. From our place to... lets say coliseum its like 30 minutes waiting (additionally from schedule) and 1 hour traveling (buss and metro) - Last thing to consider - there is an option from the host to get you from the airport (champino) to the place for 50-60 euros, but we find it a bit pricey. Regular taxis are 40 euros at most ( if you lucky enough to not being scammed).

Apartment well equipped, very good contact with landlord. Apartment located in secured area. There was a large balcony. Washing machine and dishwasher were very helpful. In close area are available local shopping centre and bus stop. Swimming pool is a great advantage

The apartment is perfect. Everything you need is provided. Huge balcony. Nice pool. The pool is just a basic pool for the residents of this apartment complex. Enough to cool off. AC in the apartment is awesome. Washing machine. Big refrigerator and freezer. TV in the living room and the bedroom. Great WiFi. There are a few things that I would fix I I lived there. Just because they are so easy to fix. But now I'm just not picking. We were 2 adults with a 13 years old and a just under 3 year old.
