Het was een zalige vakantie tussen het groen.

De locatie was heel mooi, bungalow heel mooi gerenoveerd. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig dus het comfort en zelf koken ging uitstekend.

Huisje in de Belgische Ardennen

Verblijf: We hebben een paar dagen doorgebracht in dit huisje in de Belgische Ardennen en het was een over het algemeen aangename ervaring. De accommodatie is eenvoudig, maar schoon, wat een goede basis biedt voor een kort uitje. Wat we leuk vonden: Schoon en comfortabel: De netheid van het huisje viel ons op, en de matrassen waren van goede kwaliteit, wat zorgde voor een fijne nachtrust. Gezellige sfeer: De inrichting is knus en uitnodigend, perfect voor een ontspannen verblijf. Mooie omgeving: Het park rondom het huisje biedt een rustige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur.

Verbeterpunten: Toegankelijkheid: Het huisje is minder toegankelijk voor gasten met mobiliteitsbeperkingen. De trap naar de bovenverdieping kan een uitdaging zijn, en de toegang vanaf de weg naar het huisje is ook niet optimaal, wat het moeilijk maakt voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit. Geluidsoverlast: De schoonmaak op de tennisbaan begon al vroeg in de ochtend, wat soms de rust verstoorde. Koud zwembad: De temperatuur van het zwembad was aan de frisse kant, wat het plezier in het water beïnvloedde. Conclusie: Al met al is dit huisje een prima keuze voor een kort verblijf in de Ardennen, maar er zijn enkele aandachtspunten die verbeterd kunnen worden. We geven het een 6, met de hoop dat toekomstige gasten een nog aangenamere ervaring zullen hebben.

De inrichting was modieus en mooi opgeknapt.

We miste een afwasmachine en eventueel een moderner koffiezetapparaat is zeker een meerwaarde voor het huisje

Prettig verblijf op rustig park

De locatie is prachtig, de faciliteiten van het park zijn fijn. Het management en personeel is erg behulpzaam. Het huisje is knus. Het eten in het restaurant was goed, evenals de bediening. Het zwembad is in het 'echt' groter dan lijkt op de foto's. Prijstechnisch is de accommodatie goed.

De stofzuigers deden het niet erg goed, lage zuigkracht. Zelfs na checken stofzuigerzak en of reservoir. Er lag een gevaarlijke lange scherpe spijker op het balkon in het midden (loop gedeelte). We hadden 24 uur geen wifi en 8 uur geen stroom ( met producten in de koelkast en vriezer). Helaas kwam dit samen op de dag dat onze 3 jarige ziek was, en we daardoor internet wilden gebruiken om haar televisie te laten kijken. Toen hebben we data bij moeten kopen op onze mobiele telefoons. Uiteindelijk hebben we na een aantal uren onze gekoelde en bevroren producten in de koeling van het restaurant mogen bewaren. Ook kregen we €60 te goed van het management om in het restaurant te eten, omdat niet zeker was dat de gekoelde producten van onze koelkast vers genoeg gebleven waren. Ook is onze was gratis gedaan door het personeel omdat de kassa het niet deed om muntjes te wisselen. Dat was ook super netjes. Er werd zelfs aangeboden of we van huisje wilden wisselen waar wel stroom was, omdat ze niet wisten hoelang we zonder stroom zouden zitten en dit met een ziek kind niet handig was. Al met al heeft de manager dit heel goed gecompenseerd. Alle tegemoetkomingen kwamen vanuit het initiatief van park/management zelf. We vonden dat er niet heel veel plek was om spullen op te brengen. Hier heb je alleen 'last' van bij langer verblijf (langer dan een week), warm weer en bij meer dan 2 of 3 mensen. Want boven staan nog 2 middelgrote ladekasten. De kasten beneden stonden vol. Boven is een schuifkast maar die lag vol nadat we daar de dekbedden in hadden gedaan (was te warm voor dekbedden). De matrassen zijn erg zacht, maar dat vonden wij wel prettig. Een Nespresso of cupjes machine voor koffie zou prettig zijn. Het apparaat wat er nu staat voldoet ook, maar neemt wat meer ruimte in beslag.

Rustige plek midden in het bos

Het huisje ligt op een rustig plek midden in de natuur. Het comfort in het huisje was prima en alles was aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf.

Het enige nadeel was dat wij een afwasborstel of sponsje mistten. Dit wisten wij niet vooraf dus dit was niet handig. Hierdoor kregen wij de vaat niet goed schoon. We hebben uiteindelijk zelf de sponsjes gekocht.

we vonden de locatie zeer aangenaam. De chalet was rustig gelegen en bood veel privacy. Tegelijk waren we erg snel bij het restaurant en de speeltuin in het park.

Aan de chalet was voor ons niets op te merken. Het was een heel mooi gerenoveerde chalet die alles bood wat we nodig hadden. Wat we eerder jammer vonden was dat er in het park geen klein winkeltje was met bijvoorbeeld vers brood. Hiervoor moesten we telkens de auto nemen.
