The location is amazing right beside the Pantheon in the centre of the old city- walking distance to nearly all the main visitor attractions It was clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful Lots of great restaurants in the little streets around the area - would definitely stay here again
Well - the stairs! It is on the 4th floor but really you go out in the morning and don’t need to return until bedtime so not really a big problem

Excellent location, withing easy walking distance of major attractions, public transport and restaurants. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
The walk up five floors of steps was tough, particularly with luggage, after a long time of travel. As our flight had been delayed, there was no one to assist lugging them up. I also thought I had booked a room with a view, but it turns out I hadn't, and our room only had frosted windows. They did move us to a room with a view for a few nights or our five-night stay. The rooms were clean and comfortble though, and had great aircondioning, which was fabulous during 40+ degree days.

The five flights of stairs and the makeshift shower in the room. Wasn’t advised there was no elevator until after the reservation was made.
