Got chased into are apartment by a group of lads, we only went to the bank. We left early

The location was excellent, parking not available, but i found that it was safe to leave the vehicle in the local diy store car park which is well lit, and the staff reassured me that there wasn't any issues to leave it overnight The bathroom and kitchen were modern and well equipped. Everything was very clean, towels and bedsheets were provided, i didn't spend enough time there to have to utilise the laundry facilities available, but all the other apartment customers were regularly using them. I booked it for 1 month but i was only there for a few days each week, as i just had to oversee some job sites and to go back and forth from London to have meetings etc. It provided me with an excellent base to work from I preferred it to being in a hotel, as i could come and go as i please, and had most of the amenities' to be more self contained, and be able to cook instead of eating out every night.

For me there are a few things that could have made it better for me No Television, which was very odd not to have, although i understand that might be a security loss issue, but maybe a refundable deposit would have been able to cover that. I got around it by using my laptop and the wifi to watch apps etc, but as i work on my laptop all the time, it meant i could only listen to music instead, until i was finished working I didnt think it would matter at first not having a tv, but it is very odd, even if its just in the background. The small table and chair set was useless really, very weak, i would have broken them by using them, and a larger table would have been better, as i ended up sitting on the bed to work , which isn't ideal The sofa was very small and very low The cupboard was quite flimsy although adequate I appreciate it isn't set up to have office facilities', but it would have made things a bit more comfortable if i could have either sat at a table big enough to work off, or on a normal size sofa Perhaps if you built a cupboard and inserted a tv into the casing, and then maybe had a new sofa and a coffee table and get rid of the existing bits. That would make it a great place to be Before i stayed here, i was in the premier inn on the m1, i spent a lot more money there on food, as its out the way, a large part of there clients were business users, and they were pretty sick of eating the same food all the time. That could be a good avenue to look for new clients for your properties One of the railway cleaning managers staying there for the last 2 years Monday to Friday he says he ends up spending 50 quid a night in the pub, and has been through the menu so many times, and wishes he could cook for himself instead. There are also some excellent takeaways on your properties doorsteps. So they would have a much bigger choice, rather then the pub, kfc or burger king or subway from the petrol station services at the premier inn on the m1.

Customer care was next to zero, stayed there for 3 days and still no TV in the room despite talking to the owner to provide us with a basic TV. The pathway leading to the Apartment entrance is where all the male shoppers use as a place to urinate & smells horrible. Book at your own risk, unless you are coming from a 3rd world country whereby quality is not a necessity.

I liked how the host is always ready to help and goes the extra mile also how it’s based right in the town centre so everything is easy to access also the fact you can check in at whatever time you like, it’s also very cheap so its not like you would be expecting much for the price

add a tv it can sometimes get boring but for the price I wouldn’t expect nothing more

It's just around the corner from a nice Polski Sklep and a short walk to a lovely pub in the train station. Price was okay I guess.

Be aware that there's no TV, which would be fine, but also no wifi, which was a problem. Full kitchen in the room with cooker and oven which would be nice, but barely anything to use it with: basically only one super blunt knife and a saucepan. If you come by car parking might be an issue (there's only on-street nearby and it doesn't exactly feel like there's a safe place to leave a car).

Convenience of having access to local shops. Apartment was spacious ideal for me and my family.

Shower bit clogged Bring all you need for breakfast: tea / coffee / milk / bread etc so you don’t have to go downstairs to get it when you wake up.
