Location, ease of access,very good communication. Size of apartment ideal for me.
Single bed! Am used to double/king Floor dirty under bed! (Had to separate 2 pushed together not ideal access in small room. ) Toilet needed bleaching to remove stains. Sofa not comfortable.

We stayed in flat 5 , there was out of date food found in cupboard, there was mould behind the towel rack and toilet in the bathroom also in all the rooms there was dirt all over. There was damage in the bedroom where a door went into the wall and also the chairs in the dining room wasn’t sturdy to sit on. The shower was going boiling hot to freezing cold. The shower door slid off while I was in the shower. My partner managed to fix this. The window in the living room opened fine then refused to open again. In all this apartment looked very run down. Fire alarms had been removed, no fire safety throughout whole building.
