Location, ease of access,very good communication. Size of apartment ideal for me.
Single bed! Am used to double/king
Floor dirty under bed! (Had to separate 2 pushed together not ideal access in small room. )
Toilet needed bleaching to remove stains.
Sofa not comfortable.

It's just around the corner from a nice Polski Sklep and a short walk to a lovely pub in the train station. Price was okay I guess.
Be aware that there's no TV, which would be fine, but also no wifi, which was a problem.
Full kitchen in the room with cooker and oven which would be nice, but barely anything to use it with: basically only one super blunt knife and a saucepan. If you come by car parking might be an issue (there's only on-street nearby and it doesn't exactly feel like there's a safe place to leave a car).
