It did the job for us as somewhere to stay, but we were tired for lack of sleep due to road noise
fairly easy check in and key collection, secure parking good. Bathroom facilities good in general. Upstairs shower was much better. The two bed were comfortable.
Sofa is not a sofabed and was very uncomfortable for an adult. A lot of road noise which could have been mitigated with better glazing. Downstairs shower is a tight fit for an adult. Could do with more cutlery - there was only one fork. More power sockets needed - we could not only run one of the toaster, washing machine or microwave at the same time.

The upstairs bathroom shower grouting and shower head dirty, the downstairs bath needs attention and updating. The property has a lot of potential but needs work as it’s dated with tape on the windows and blinds falling apart.

Disappointing stay
The flat looked nice and the young lady who showed us round was pleasant and helpful. The location was good for us.
We paid extra to use the sofa bed for an extra person but it turned out to be a sofa not a bed. Not very comfortable at that! There was a lot of traffic noise all day and night. All the taps dripped. The banister of the spiral staircase wasn't secure and felt dangerous. The plug sockets were coming away from the walls. When we tried to use the hob, we found that all the knobs had broken off, meaning that one hob would be constantly on. We turned it off at the mains. The freezer was full of old food. The flat was poorly equipped, only 4 knifes, forks, spoons, same with crockery - some of which were broken. No tea towel or oven gloves. Worst of all the owner expected us to stay in to let a boiler engineer in and was annoyed when I was reluctant. Also have my number to the company,!
