As described
The upstairs bathroom shower grouting and shower head dirty, the downstairs bath needs attention and updating.
The property has a lot of potential but needs work as it’s dated with tape on the windows and blinds falling apart.

fairly easy check in and key collection, secure parking good. Bathroom facilities good in general. Upstairs shower was much better. The two bed were comfortable.
Sofa is not a sofabed and was very uncomfortable for an adult. A lot of road noise which could have been mitigated with better glazing. Downstairs shower is a tight fit for an adult. Could do with more cutlery - there was only one fork. More power sockets needed - we could not only run one of the toaster, washing machine or microwave at the same time.
