It’s clean and steady

Door to the entrance is always very tricky to open, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to open it. Once fire alarm rang middle of the night in out side the apartment where the hall way to the 2 apartment block. Tried switched off and didn’t worked and call the given number twice but no one answer, not even morning they return my call. It took us 1 hour to figured out and switched off and it was the fire alarm just in-front of the next door apartment block which they didn’t even bother to switched off. Entrance to the apartment is a long staircase which is like a separate entrance to the 3rd floor. they did not mentioned in the advertisement, if someone who has a problem taking stairs this is not the place and for very little kids.

Location was ok and facilities. Big and spacious.

I wanted an easy room booking this property made it very stressful and hard with its pre booking check and £50 extra payment before you get the apartment entry and PIN codes which is done online the hardest and most annoying part was taking and ID photo which the website kept failing after trying 21 times then I had to get in touch with the property admin they took a very long time. If I knew about this first process before booking the apartment I would never have booked it. Was very stressful. The fridge had a huge amount of dust on top and rubbish was also left on top which was disgraceful. The whole apartment was Very dark not enough light one light kept flashing almost fused need better stronger lighting in main living area. Shower basin tray very slippery dangerous safety issue need bath mat. I almost slipped dangerously and would have got hurt. Toilet seat very wobbly moved side to side. Stairs outside toooo many times climb to get to the apartment for anyone with keg back leg issues or old would find it extremely hard to get up also at night no light so coming down those stairs is little scary and dangerous. Was told the neighbourhood is a quite area at certain times yet 1:30am was woken up by alarm outside going off disturbing our sleep the property admin seemed unbothered. Clock on wall broken only there for decoration so pointless. Stains on bedroom carpet. Need plug socket by window in living area by toilet so easy to use iron. Bedrooms need large full length mirrors they are only in bathroom not good and useless. Too many house rule for staying and leaving the property. For instance if you do not check exactly on time I would have to start paying £15 an hour to the cleaning team etc. With all the issues listed particularly the ore booking I asked for a gesture of goodwill discount for the stress and trouble I encountered the owners refused they were not forthcoming or understanding at all they offered nothibg which was extremely...
