St Germain des Prés, Paris

The location is great, close to everything and everywhere. Few metro lines are walking distance so there is no need to change too many trains. Good restaurants to chose and supermarkets for all your needs. You have everything that you need in the apartment, and its quite quite.

We had few issues, but at the end they didnt ruined our experience: If you are arriving outside the arrival/departure ours you need to add 50 Euro for each time. The Sofa bed was broken, but the woman that is taking care of the apartment tried her best to fix it while we were there. There isnt A/C and in the heat wave that we had, it wasn't that comfortable. All the other days, we had nice weather and the FAN in each room was enough. You have to be quite as the neighbor under the apartment doesnt like people moving around even at 9AM when we woke up.

Sct Germain is a very nice and charming neighborhood. Lots of small shop sand cafes in the area. And very central fo rwalking or taking many Metrolines to sights. The appartment was really nice, så clean and newly renovated. It was just perfect for 3 people. The few problems we had very swiftly and professionel got taken care of. I highly recommand this apartment.

Maybe the sofa bed was past its best days. But still fine to sleep in.

We loved the street. There were lots of cafes and restaurants and shopping areas. Also, easy access to grocery stores and a convenience store right across the street. Also, an open-air market was nearby three days a week. Great location for several metro lines. Appliances all worked well.

The sleeper sofa was a little bit uncomfortable, but not a big issue.

Great location, very responsive host, the flat was sparkling clean, the value proposition is phenomenal given the location on Rue du Cherche-midi (very central). I had a great, relaxing stay. I could not recommend this place more!
