TOP Lage, Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Fußgängerzone mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants, Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Apartment hat Klimaanlage in der Küche, man kann an heißen Tagen auf angenehme Temperatur runterkühlen.
Kleiner Hof mit Sitzgelegenheit, schön, um abends draußen zu sitzen.
Küche hat alles an Utensilien, was man braucht...und sogar noch mehr. Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Schwämme, Toilettenpapier etc. alles vorhanden. Kleines Starter-Kit (Milch, Cola, Bier, Wasser, Kaffeekapsel,...) vom Vermieter....sehr nett.
Das Apartment ist an manchen Stellen "abgewohnt", Macken in den Böden, an den Wänden. Einige Gebrauchsgegenstände wie zB. kaputtes Besteck, die kaputte Toilettenbrille,... . Mich persönlich hat das nicht sonderlich gestört, aber manch einer wird sich da sicherlich dran stören...ist halt nicht top-modern.

The location was amazing. In the centre of this historic city with everything on your door step. If you love food it is all right there for you within the shortest walk you will ever make to taste the delights of this city of cuisine. I can't tell you how happy myself and daughter were with this typically Spanish home. Clean, well equipped and even a small terrace to sit outside and enjoy those moments of solitude. I will be going back. It just felt like you were living the Spanish lifestyle the Spanish way. Highly recommend this property.
The biggest problem is if you have a car or like me you hire a car. There is seriously no parking nearby but there is the option to pay extra at a reasonable rate for underground parking that the owner sorted for us.
