Jättebra läge i gamla delen av Dénia med nära till allt.
Det saknades aircondition i ett av sovrummen när man stängde dörren men som tur var fanns det en fläkt som vi kunde använda. Kanske lite påvert med hushållsredskap men det fungerade på det stora hela bra för oss.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town and 15 minutes walk from the beach. Maybe it’s not the most modern apartment, but it is clean and has everything you need: two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an outdoor patio. The AC works really well. A cat that pays a visit every morning and evening is a bonus!

TOP Lage, Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Fußgängerzone mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants, Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Apartment hat Klimaanlage in der Küche, man kann an heißen Tagen auf angenehme Temperatur runterkühlen. Kleiner Hof mit Sitzgelegenheit, schön, um abends draußen zu sitzen. Küche hat alles an Utensilien, was man braucht...und sogar noch mehr. Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Schwämme, Toilettenpapier etc. alles vorhanden. Kleines Starter-Kit (Milch, Cola, Bier, Wasser, Kaffeekapsel,...) vom Vermieter....sehr nett.
Das Apartment ist an manchen Stellen "abgewohnt", Macken in den Böden, an den Wänden. Einige Gebrauchsgegenstände wie zB. kaputtes Besteck, die kaputte Toilettenbrille,... . Mich persönlich hat das nicht sonderlich gestört, aber manch einer wird sich da sicherlich dran stören...ist halt nicht top-modern.

It had everything we needed, well equipped, was very close to the main shopping street and a nice court yard to sit in.
