Casa Daniela en Costa Teguise

The size and layout of villa was excellent. The facilities such as kids area and pool were really good. There was sufficient beds by pool and was clean. There was a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, micro, cooker and washing machine.

The villa is far out and is about a 40 Min walk into centre of Costa teguise. We walked in and got bus or taxi back. Bus for 4 of us was €4.80 or taxi about €6. There is no bars or restaurants nearby. Lidl and spar shops are within 5 min walk .

We arrived to a sparkling clean villa and a thoughtful welcome pack from the hosts. The villa is beautiful: well equipped kitchen, pool, big rooms with balconies and comfy beds. There's a games room downstairs for younger children, a lovely terrace and the bathrooms have everything you need. Also a special mention to the hosts, who are attentive and very helpful, even helping us sort out a taxi on our last day. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

If you are not a strong walker or have little legs with you, the walk into central Costa Teguise is quite long. However, people renting cars or willing to use buses or taxis (both a bus stop and taxi rank are within 1km) will have no issues.

The property was very spacious and comfortable

We had a few niggles 1 The shower head in the en-suite bedroom kept jumping out of the holder which could have cause an accident because it was quite heavy. 2 The was a light hanging out of the ceiling in the main upstairs bathroom. 3 we tried to use the microwave on our last evening but although it seemed to be working wouldn’t heat anything up. 4 There were a couple of broken patio chairs which we felt should have been removed. 5 We all thought that the property would benefit from an instruction manual.

Las estancias de la casa y la ubicación

La piscina no tuvo el agua perfecta transparente, era turbia por un problema en el filtrado, lo cual nos hizo no poder disfrutar mucho de ella. Si mirabas las piscinas de los vecinos no tenían el agua como la nuestra. Le hace falta mantenimiento a la casa porque las mosquiteras estaban rotas, algunas partes de las ventanas, etc. se veía descuidada la casa. Le faltaba mantenimiento. El tráfico de la carretera te hace desvelar por la noche. Es muy ruidoso
