Квартира расположена рядом с парком 2800-летия Еревана, в пешей доступности другие объекты центра города. Совсем рядом магазин с хорошим ассортиментом различных продуктов, аптека, в квартире тихо и не жарко в знойное время, есть кондиционер, для 1-2 человек идеально. Хозяин на связи, любезен, отвечает на все интересующие влпросы. Рядом находится смотровая площадка на Арарат.
В квартире нет микроволновки, но это вполне переживаемо.

The location is amazing: nearby there are some supermarkets, it’s close to the city center. The accommodation itself is well furnitured, new and clean.

Host was very friendly and approachable. We had an early morning flight the last day, and he offered to take us to the airport.
The apartment was clean and well maintained. I appreciated that despite the small space, it had everything we needed. The host told us he had designed the layout of the apartment, and he clearly had travellers in mind while doing so. He included all of the items you might need while away from home.
