It is a good deal for the money. Not far from the center, has shops nearby. Comfortable place that has what one needs for a short stay.
I wish there was more communication beforehand. Like to know when the host was going to drop by to collect the money. To regulate the a/c one has to ask the host via WhatsApp. Little things. I'd still recommend it for a short stay.

Квартира расположена рядом с парком 2800-летия Еревана, в пешей доступности другие объекты центра города. Совсем рядом магазин с хорошим ассортиментом различных продуктов, аптека, в квартире тихо и не жарко в знойное время, есть кондиционер, для 1-2 человек идеально. Хозяин на связи, любезен, отвечает на все интересующие влпросы. Рядом находится смотровая площадка на Арарат.
В квартире нет микроволновки, но это вполне переживаемо.

The location is amazing: nearby there are some supermarkets, it’s close to the city center. The accommodation itself is well furnitured, new and clean.
