Gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin - schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit ihr.
Es ist laut aufgrund der Straße.

I had a very short time before my flight so booked this beautiful apartment. Location is very close to metro stations, stores and supermarkets are very close. Clean apartment with everything you need for daily care and usage. Host was very kind and polite. Definitely recommended.

Удобное расположение, рядом Ереван Сити.
Очень, очень шумно. Впечатление, что окна открыты, нет темной шторы в спальне, всё ночи полубессоные...Нет комода, столика, что создаёт дискомфорт. На кухне почти нет посуды, ни одной миски, кружки две(( Создаётся впечатление, что нет даже и желание создать комфорт и уют. Не вернулась бы сюда.
