Замечательная просторная квартира. Большой холодильник (для семьи с детьми это важно)). Уютные балкончики в каждой комнате. Можно сидеть вечером, пить пиво, чай-кофе и любоваться видом на Арарат и город. Посуда для приготовления пищи, вилочки-ложечки-тарелочки, подушечки-одеяльца-покрывальца. Хозяева на связи 24/7. Хозяйка Оксана очень деликатная, интеллигентная женщина. Район уютный, рядом парк с фонтанами (аллея фонтанов), совсем рядом магазинчики по очень демокротичным ценам (каррефур). До центра приятно прогуляться пешком. Очень важно, что в квартире есть кондиционер, что при жаре в 40 градусов в Ереване просто жизненно необходимо)
Маленький кусочек туалетного мыла в ванной и немного соли с перцем на кухне стали бы приятным дополнением к проживанию )

Opravdu veliký byt krásně se do něj vejde rodina. Velká lednice, klimatizace, krásný výhled a posezení na balkóně. Nedaleko centra města v pěší vzdálenosti. V těsné blízkosti obchody s potravinami.
