Humming Bird Resort and Executive Suites

The location and the food in the restaurant was nice. However, the breakfast was quite basic and could have been better.

I liked the services and location. Also, the cleanliness was maintained.

There was no internet service ... TV and phones were not working. That was the thing we didn't like.

The hotel is situated at an excellent place. The staff was nice and friendly.

The room was not clean at all. Even sliders were roaming in the room.

0 concept of hospitality Staff seemed likes they were in their own world An attendant had come to take order for dinner we asked for a few minutes and he never returned. Later we asked him why he didn't come and he just said he forgot. Receptionist didn't know how to smile! There was a strange smell in the hotel like bad venting of pumbling. But later we went for a walk near by to Shangrilla resort and the same smell seemed to be in the whole area in general, which was odd. We rearranged some beds for kids and under the bed there were piles of dirt, hair and trash Had to argue for several minutes to get towels for 4 people when they knew we booked a junior suite for 5 people No functional WiFi Had to argue for a glass of water in breakfast Food quality was not worth it at all We asked the staff if we could access their garden area and they just said the access is only from guest rooms which were reserved. Later we went out and found a side staircase to go down to the garden area. They have no courtesy. The place is a gem but the owners have given it to the worst people to manage. Probably won't stay there again due to this level of service.
