Shelton's Ambassador

Stayed initially for one night then returned after exploring Skardu for two weeks for a further 3 night stay. Salmon on the front desk was exceptionally welcoming, professional, helpfull and friendly. All the staff were absolutely amazing and made me feel at home from the minute I first stepped through the door. Breakfast was always hot which wasn’t always the case in some other hotels I stayed in during my three weeks in Pakistan. I will point out that during my stay in Pakistan, staying at various hotels, the breakfast appears to be repetitive in every hotel (fried eggs, omelettes, toast etc) The room was very comfortable with hot shower and a clean bathroom. I mention the shower because again, not all hotels have hot water available for showers. All in all a very pleasant stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Shelton Ambassador. Excellent. Oh, and the WiFi was very fast and reliable.

Minor detail, but coffee making facilities in the room would make it even more perfect.

Excellent service proved by receptionist shaman who was very helpful. Excellent location and very clean. Breakfast was good too. Very comfortable stay.

Showers could do with an upgrade as old and dated.

Beautiful rooms and the staff were helpful and we had a brilliant stay liked the location too

Wish the the tv and remote worked better and having some hangers for clothes and a iron

Property was good location was good , market was around , over all a good stay
