Pricier but worth the view and facilities

As expected of a 7-star hotel, the staff provided excellent service, and the facilities were beautifully designed and exceptionally clean—especially the beds and pillows, which were spotless and ensured comfortable sleep. The only shortcomings were the mediocre breakfast quality and that on April 8th, due to government requisition of the hotel for U.S.-Iran peace talks, we were relocated to another *** Hotel. The new facility was outdated and cramped; there was no space for luggage storage, the desk lamp was broken, and the bed was too small and uncomfortable. The hotel should refund the price difference to me.

Best hotel to stay

Extremely hot rooms as they turn off air conditioning units in winter. Had to open windows to breathe like in C grade hotel. Took a cold shower in late December to cool off. Mattress was overused and not comfortable at all needs replacing. Room service took an over an hour to send up sad club sandwiches. Overall terrible experience at over $**. Not recommended at all.
