The cottage was very nice and well equipped. The owner left some fresh eggs which were excellent! They supplied some milk and bread. The view was partial as described. It was a very nice setting with access via the property to the Great Glen Way. I did check it out, but sadly didn't have time to enjoy it.
The bed was extremely hard as well as the pillows. I had to end up using a decorative pillow as a sleeping pillow. I did look back at reviews and saw others said the same thing. A mattress topper and new pillows would be a quick corrective action. The bathroom shower just had a curtain and the water went all over the floor. And a piece of molding near the shower keep falling down.

Everything. Great location, facilities, fresh eggs were a wonderful treat (thank you). Fresh stream water was a lovely surprise, board games, books and even a telescope were available for use. Everything was straight forward and explained well in the folder provided. Beds were comfortable and the area was so dark and quiet at night it provided a great nights sleep.
