Considering the age of the castle don't expect state of the art bathrooms. As a family of 7 in an apartment of 4 bedrooms the 2 available bathrooms were adequate. Just have to be patient and take turns. Otherwise it is a truly unique experience

Fabelhafte Ambiente und Laage. Das Grundstück war ruhig auch wohl mitten in dem Charmanten Ortskern mit Cafés und Geschäfte. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr imposant ins besondere die riesigen Zimmer mit deren Gemälde auf den Wänden und schöne Alte Möbel. Das Wetter war extrem warm aber die Schlafzimmer waren mit Klimaanlage trotzdem kühl. Wir durften den Historischen Bereich vor dem Apartment benutzen and haben den Vorgarten genossen.

As returning guests, we were once again impressed by this beautiful 500-year-old castle! We learned that Luigi da Porta, a member of the family who built the castle, wrote the original story of Romeo and Juliet. This time, we were also able to explore the original kitchen. It was another amazing experience! Many thanks to Francesca for everything!
